If you want to know how "bad" you are, look at your ratings, they never lie. :P My ratings always mange to bump me down a peg or two. It looks to me like you need loads more contrast everywhere: try using much, much stronger highlights. Make them look WAY TOO STRONG, and when you post them online, they'll probably look right. Just try to have smooth blending into your strong highlights. That is the hardest technical thing in painting minis.
On the contrary, you're not bad at all. Good things: your evocation of personality on this miniature is tops, very good; she looks real because she has personality. Your flesh tones look pretty good, although the shadows seem excessively dark. You've got good definition between structures, your colors don't bleed into each other, and there's really some nice highlighting and shading. Things to work on: photography, because it's blurry and a little dark to see the miniature in its best light; defining the metallics more with highlighting; exercise more control over your inks and shadow washes; highlighting more in general would be good as well. A fine first presentation, I think.
