Very nice eyes and an expressive face. Great skintone. I do agree about the gloss though. :)

Solid paintjob, but the gloss kills all the work that you have done. I also might take up the highlights on her knives a bit.

Still a bit shiny... The light blue cape could go darker in the recesses and near the arms on the front view. Good job on the skintones and the eyes are very nice too. Next, I suggest you improve your metal work ;)
