Red Mage
I believe this is a very old Grenadier fig from one of the D&D boxed sets, but I could be wrong. I found him in an office and art supply store in downtown Toronto in the late 80's. They sold me a whole box of old figures for $2, since they didn't want to sell them any more on account of the lead content. I have a great affection for this guy, despite the primative paint job. His staff is very cool, and the floppy hat is priceless. This was the first time I every tried highlighting with a colour that was different from a lighter shade of the basecoat (2005).
