Old Essex Lizardmen
These are very old, very heavy lead Essex Lizardmen that I found in the dustier section of a hobby store in Toronto. I just love these sculpts; there's so much character! The minis are mounted on heavy metal washers from the hardware store to keep them from tipping over. I painted these in late 2005. It was the first time I had ever tried painting highlights without resorting to drybrushing. Any comments would be most welcome!
