This looks like it was taken straight off of the GW site. the only probelms i have are:
1. the scatter laser look like it's leaning too far back. on the average human that wold cause a weight imbalance.
2. i'm not sure about the missile launcher. it all seems like a bit much.
3. you're a much better painter than me :).
That's a really good paint job, a really good conversion overall, and i love it. great work.
