It's good, your painting is clean and everything is neat enough, but you need to work on colors. The yellow/gold, neutral green, and bright blue are hard enough to put together because of disparate tonal qualities, but the vermillion bit on his head is impossible. There are certainly other things you can try, but I recommend choosing another color for the top bit and subduing the blue with its compliment or otherwise making it more neutral.
