well, it´s ok for your 3rd mini, I think you´ll improve using the only way I know: painting!

I know the Bretonnian bowmen aren't easy to work with, but you have done a good job. A a few more highlights on the bow, som facial details, and a light drybrush on the base will make him even better :)
