Telescoping banner poles?
Its the 41st millenium sure they have thought of something and it wasn't lost in the Dark age of Technology. Maybe the banners aren't actually there, they are just a holographic image, which also explains why this one is still in such good condition.
About the minis, looks pretty good though a bit fuzzy. Good to see Dark angels in their original Black (or the colour balance is wrong).
