I love the real military feel of these guys - loaded down with equipment. The 'smiley's' have an historical precedent - consider the personal markings on planes and military vehicles. great stuff!
I'm not a fan of camo marines but paintimg job is quite impresive. I don't like smileys and ribbons like purity seals. I think they deserve nicer bases though ;)
