Wyrd - Nicodem the Undertaker

Sculpted by Paul Muller for wyrd miniatures, this one was a bit interesting. Painted last minute for the release date I had 6 hours before the deadline to take this from metal to complete, so I did my best and I'm actually rather pleased with the results. All the patchwork/stitching on the coat is freehand (yes I know, I could have made my life easier not trying to speed paint freehand! haha). Anyway, love this mini, a TON of fun to paint, i think I might even do another one of him some day with enough time to really enjoy it ;)

Not quite in the same class as the Gravedigger but I like both the mini and the paintjob. The freehand is a nice touch and suits the mini. :-)

Okay hate to be the only negative voice, but this mini was painted to sell a miniature, so to me adding amazingly well invisioned freehand, that makes the viewer think there is more detail to the mini then there actually is. I love what you did, I just wish it wasn't used to advertise this mini. As for your 6hr painting ability... the spice extends life, the spice expands conciousness...
