nice. imho could use some metallic paint onm the spike ornaments part of the armor...but thats standard...try to go that way, just make sure the armor and the spikes parts are not the same colour without shading, like under his head
I like the head a lot. The small bits of metal (if that's what they are) give him a nice warn look. The colours I also think are very cool, a slightly more tuned down green to the other nurgle minis out there. As a suggestion, why don't you add some purple washes to the deep areas, or the areas which lie in shadow. Could give it some colour without taking the whole mini to a different look. Keep going.
