I see what you mean about the barrels. This was my first try at painting again after about a 2 year break. Sadly my freehand skills (such as they were) diminished greatly, so the Tatoos look a funky.
Those barrels are begging for some shadows between the wood planks. Even just a wash of dark brown would help. The red blotches on the back of the mini look odd from this pov. Is that blood, or some sort of Tatoo? 5 for now, more with some shading, +1 since it's for Chartmaster!
