Night Lords Chaos Space Marine

Another of my Night Lords. I tried to give his helmet the painted skull you can see in the Index Astartes-article on a pre-heresy Night Lord. The chainsword looks a bit violet, I admit, but in reality it´s more reddish. Please post comments and critics if you like.

Thanks for your comment, for new models I will try using midnight or storm blue instead of Regal Blue, perhaps that will improve the Lightning Effect. Danke für Deinen kommentar, Ich denke, Ich werde bei zukünftigen Modellen einmal Midnight oder Storm Blue als Grundlage probieren, vielleicht tritt der Blitzeffekt dann noch etwas stärker hervor. Deutsch verstehe ich, komme selbst aus der Nähe von Hamburg ;-)

Nostromo

The lightning effect looks good - and i second the comments made by ichc13 and Rado (if you don't speak german: try a slightly darker blue-tone for the armor to improve the contrast with the lightning. Some blacklining in the recesses and highlighting on armour edges appears to be the next steps to improve your technique. You might consider to give some more attention to the base as well ;-) Overall a very clean paint-job. Cheers!
