No Such Agency
The eyes, the eyes! Great job on those but yeah, the rest is very dull looking. Some bright edge highlights with silver would perk him up a bit.

There needs to be another color somewhere perhaps more black with the necron gold, but it needs something. The eyes are painted exquisitly.
