I really wish there was a bigger picture of this. The conversion itself is very nice. The painting appears to be very good as well, especially the blending on the kroot's skin. You kind of have to zoom in on the picture to see it. The only reason I didn't give it a 9 or 10 is because I thought the straight metallics on the sword hilt and gun were a let down compared to the rest of the model. Give us a bigger pic! Excellent job.
Zaphod, if I'd kicked the ass of that sword's original wielder (a high-ranking Space Marine by the looks of it), I'd be smug too :) What a great job - the skin and robes are very realistic looking and the pose is rather heroic! How much conversion went into this? I'm guessing the robes are putty over a heavily repositioned plastic Kroot, yes?
