Yeah, I really like this mini! Great conversion idea, nicely carried off :) As the other Dave from Scummy Coventry said, the waist down looks very poor in comparison to above the waist. I reckon if you got his legs etc. finished to the standard of his torso, and gave him a nice base, this'd be an easy 8 :)

Great stuff Dave, can't wait to see this in the flesh! he looks a little rushed and unfinished from the waist down, and unfinished bases always get rated lower on here, any more pirates in the pipeline?
