Good, especially the face. Keep on your efforts ! But don't rush on the base : here mosses only look like.... strange bits quickly glued on the pavement! The grey on the base is too plain, you need shadows and light. Last thing : your blond wood base doesn't fit with the colors of your minis, a black one would have been better. Strong 6 (6.8).
