An Eldar Heavy Weapons Tech by GW, painted circa 1992 or so. I made rather extensive use of glazes and washes for his hair and armor, and although not as visible in the pictures as I would like, he does have a rather menacing glare for a guy all of 1 1/2" or so. Comments and criticisms, please!
