The robes are done very nicely. The gold... it's cool if you like Egyptian style... You should defintily put out the eyes - black would do the trick, so you will have some contrast.
I think that if you shade the gold portions, the model would look much better. Just apply some watered down black ink and highlight with some gold and silver. Also, I would try to straighten the staff.
Robe good, gold bad ( not that I can talk)
Base good Not detail bad, try picking out the eyes in a differnt clour (not yellow) or maybe the joints in a differnt clour like I did in Picture 17433
