A dynamic and imaginative piece! I like your colour scheme, and the idea for the freehand on the cloak is pretty cool and nicely executed. The fallen, rusted foe he's jumping over looks very nice, also. The only thing holding me back from an 8 is the blending is kind of rough in several areas (sword, leg are most noticeable) where I can see the transition lines of highlights or colour shifts.
