Dark Elf Warrior with Repeater Crossbow

The first finished model for my new Dark Elf army. A quick and dirty job, but it'll look good in units. I based the colours off the art on the warriors regiment box. Now, I'm just looking for feedback on the overall look of the mini, not how badly painted it is. Feel free to ask any questions or anything.
