There´s something charming about sniping rats. Hmm. Anyways. I like the skaven because of theyr.. well.. everything. Funny little things. The only thing I know of that I still have to fix on this mini are the slots in the base.

You definately need to fix that base. What I usually do is put a strip of tape over the holes before I put on the flock/sand/whatever.
