The scythe handle looks a bit odd crooked like that. Perhaps you should make it curved rather than broken up like that?
And I'd say try to make the angles more crisp on the tubes on his back.
Thanks dude! Actually I'm redoing him right now, and maybe He'll be given the scythe from the official model from GW. I think you could do equally or even better, judging from your painting skills :)
