this is my first time at blending/highlighting for clokes some all comments welcome would really like to improve thanks

my dad loned me a red water proof coat and i was in bed and i was looking at it and it had like orange on it were the light was and that fold in the skirt was lighting im not planning on finishing him off yet becouse got a high elf mage and dragon prince horsemen to paint they will be up when finished

that is not a bad first attempt. The blending is smooth. Now, up around his butt, there is some dark primer showing throuig where it should be the hottest highlight. Under the flap of that skirt, it should be near black. I am not sure if the very dark area in the fold is that way from paint or lighting, but that is how the area under the fold over should be as well. Finally, one more layer of highlights at the very tops of the creases on each side of that fold would help. Red is a pain to highlight as light red is pink, but you can highlight with red-oranges and make it look right. Keep at it, it is great for a first blend.

You should post this in the WIP forum. You will get more comments and not clog up the gallery. Looks like you need to do more base coats and more highlighting tho.
