Another slightly converted Eldar. Green power for a new hair cut, and a sort of tentacles sword. Don't know where it comes from( if you do, let me know ;) ). I'm trying to upgrade my painting skil, so every comment will be welcome!!

No Such Agency
Sadly, this suffers from "way too many colours syndrome" - there is no cohesive center point to the figure and no discernable order to the colour choices. It's hard for the eye to even understand the figure's form without a hard look. Also, some of the highlights, eg the whips, are kind of blobby. The colour gradient on the "hair" is good, though it vould use some contrast between the strands.
