Only a six from me, as the tabbard looks a little rushed IMO. You can see drybrushing strokes and the cape i would have expanded the lighting further up and down it. Or not at all... but the rest is amazing work.
I imagined that power fists are electrical, so I bent up a rod and put it on the mini -to look like electricity on a Jacob's ladder. It is the light source, but whether or not this is a success is up to you.
