I don't know why my comment says 8, this piece is 100% 10. The design is great, the execution is great. All of the vegitation is expertly done, and the building is properly weathered. Even the figure is ace, and that is more than I can say for any of my pieces.
I'm sure if this was 3 feet all, it would be an 11, but terrain has to be huge to score well with most. Not me though, great job.
