Unfortunately it's really hard to get an accurate view for the painting because the picture is a little blurry (and possibly overexposed/overlit?). For the blurriness, try taking the photo in front of a plain background. When you have a cluttered/patterned background, the camera often focuses on something in the background (in this case the text under the mini) rather than the figure itself. I suspect with a clearer photo I would be happy to rate this at least a 6. The flowers on the sword looks quite nicely done, and the sleeves also look pretty cool from what I can tell.
