Well, some nice colors for a fire mage. A few things to strive for maybe: Some lining between the parts, like the cuffs and the sleves etc.... Also, some thinned washes for shading would do amazing things, like the embroidery on the cuffs. Face looks okay and the book is neat too, but the pic is on the blurry side :D
