Knocked out Ferdinand

A mini diorama of a Ferdinand that was knocked out by a land mine at the Battle of Kursk. The miniature is a heavily converted 15mm Battlefront Ferdinand. Modifications include: Replacement of the grab handles on the back with brass wire. Drilling out the rear hatch and stratch building a replacement. Land mine damage. Correcting the gun shield to be correct for Kursk. Scratch building the open tool box. Removal of the driver and radio operator front hatches and scratch building open replacements. Removal of the jack block and replacing the tiedown with brass wire (to represent the removal of the block).
