That should be Orc~Orc~Orc~ for some reason GW uses the traditional Orc for fantasy and Ork for 40K.
I could rate this a lot better if the painted ones were as big as the unpainted one up top. There doesn't seem to be enough GS work to even warant the top pic.
Also personally, I am not a fan of gore added to minis, I find it cheezy.
