Well, since you asked
You need to thin your paints, especially mettalics, the greens are very messy, the boots look flat and the base realy deserves to be re-done. Worst part is really the base.
But you look like you have some brush control so it's really technical issues, read the articles and forums.
You must put more care in those minis!
