I really like the tabard and the standard, as well as his right shoulderpad. I think you need to take a slightly darker picture, though, and the sword seems a little flashy. Very nice NMM gold though. all in all, very nice miniature.
The white background is hurting my eyes! The green on the sword is different and very nice, as are the cream robes and freehand on the robes, base, shoulder pad and knee pads. Only thing i would do is bring up the highlights on the red armour one more step, but very nice EC! (iv just noticed the SENMM on the backpack, very subtle use of this and well placed out. Not quite a 9 at the moment, but with the armour highlighted again 9.5.
