Welcome to CMON. I would say this looks tabletop with a bonus point for putting a banner on (I never bothered with mine). For general advice, I would recommend reading the articles and going to the forums, you'll pick up loads of tips. If you want more specific advice on your minis, you'll need soe closer, more detailed pics. Great start thoug :)
