This guy is next on my un-ending "To-finish" list! Lol He is a scratch-built librarian, based on a standard plastic marine. I was quite pleased with the overall look of the conversion, but wanted a small book or chest to hang from his belt to complete the look - I may later make this from green stuff... I would say at the moment he is 80% finished.

Cheers Avelorn. I WILL EVENTUALLY finish this WIP and submit him properly, and I will take your tips on board when I do. The loincloth is actually shaded/higlighted, but unfortunately flash has washed some of that out.

Very nice! There are 3 things you can improve without painting and it will help your score. First it's the angle of the picture, try to take it slightly more from the front. Secondly it's the rug or blanket it's standing on.. it's very nice! But distracts from the mini. And finally you need to make the logo smaller as it detracts from the mini. Paintwise it looks neat and especially the staff is well executed. To finish it off you can try being a bit bolder with the higlights and line the armour on all edges facing upwards or partly upwards. Also shade the loincloth. 6.5 as it is. All the best, Sven
