Virago (Female Vorag Barbarian)

This is a truly fantastic sculpt, in fact so are all the Vorags in the Ilyad range and she was a dream to paint. The model just seemed to flow together. I wanted to keep the model looking attractive whilst at the same time keeping that sense of danger about her. The base too just seemed to come together as well, it is rare for me to paint rock anyother colour than geyish tones and I am quite pleased with the end result. I think the snow patches give a good contrast to the mini and also makes the blood spatters under the severed head stand out a bit more. As always votes and comments are most welcome.

Iv been looking at this for about 10mins now, and i can see two things that could be changed IMO. 1. The eyes, for some reason they dont look right, it looks like shes staring off into the distance, but that sort of wierd staring thing when you have to shake out of it! 2. Her left leg looks to white on the thigh, maybe just a tiny bit darker so its the (nearly) the same as her right leg. (I know this is probably a shawdow effect, but IMO its still to light). But over all very good work 8/10 (8.5 - 9 if those changes were made)

Excellent. She looks just as dangerous as you intended.
