Defiler Conversion

This is my version of the Defiler,based around a large resin sculpt of a scull and too many parts to list.More pictures are available on ebay.The Defiler is modelled in the process of firing the cannon and shows the shell/rocket riding the plume of fire and smoke.I know it's not painted,I am posting it here so you can judge the conversion. All comments are welcome.
