Very good piece, and I like the color contrast. I think the cloak could benefit from some more highlighting and shading, especially on the edging. The sword blade also seems rather dull- maybe some brighter silver along the blade edge? The armor looks fantastic and the blue really stands out against the orange-red!

9, just because the back of the cloak seems (just seems because it realy is ok though) a bit too simple compared to the rest of the mini... Did anyone noticed that the bird doesn't look very happy ? Looks he's about to be crushed to me : )
