I like this mini, but there's not much going on with the metal texture here. Rather than simply layering ink over a silver drybrush, why not try layering from a gunmetal color up to a nice teal-silver highlight?
i really like your base too. you must tell us how? the paint job is good and i think the textured effect was actually something you probably were looking for? am i right? nice all round.
