This is my version of Capt. Sicarius. The snow was done by mixing testors snowflake with elmer's glue. I then used a brush and painted on the snow paste mix. The small icicle was made by dipping a fishing string into testor's watter effects. Done on commission.

i hate this miniature. i think it is just a horrid sculpt. but your paint job was awesome and it really impressed me. you did a great job with the freehand and the color and it really gave this mini some life. it takes talent to make a bad mini look as impressive as you have made it, great job!
