hmm i think the paintjob is good, especially the rusty metallics. It's hard too see the character on top of the bell though, but he looks pretty good as well. Since you have no close ups i dont know how to rate it. Perhaps it's an 8. Take some new, larger pics and you'll recieve more constructive critisism.
