Okay, this is part 2 of the WIP. I am going to redo the entire axe and work with the horns a bit. I need some input, what should I do with the base? Any and all crits welcome.
He looks good, but I think more color variation would look better. For example, darker brown or even black for the axe handle. A pinkish tinge around the nostrils and mouth would make them stand out a bit more. Maybe some more stippling or shading of the horns to make them look less flat. The hair on his head and cheeks (mane?) could use a different shade of brown as well. All that said, but you could leave him as is and he still looks good.
