Nurgle Standard Bearer

I dismounted this guy to make the entire unit more interesting, and I kept the banner sobre and subtle to keep the attention on the figures not the banner.

The originality is what makes this piece work. Additionally, your basing is fantastic and I really like the detail. I think you could do more with the painting honestly, the green isn't as prominent and decaying as I always picture Nurgle followers, but since that is a style issue I can't punish your score. Great job and keep it up!

I really like the concept, but the colors you used are what makes it really click. although i must agree that the shading could use an extra bit of depth, notable the green areas. the banner looks good, you can see the detail, but it almost seems to detract from the model in it's lack of contrast. The shading on the cloak (looks realistically aged and worn!), and the freehand detail work on the shield and banner are spectacular!

I really like the banner, you can just see the picture on it, great weathered look. The armour on the man is well painted but looks grey more than a metal, i dont no if this was done on purpose? Great mini overall.
