I am not sure about the manufacturer, could be Heartbreaker. The halberd (second mini from left !) I build by myself using a Confrontation Ork axeblade and a Lion warpike. Normally, the second mini from left is the standard bearer but the standard looked like a carpet beater so I checked my mini leftovers for something usefull.
