Detailing is good, but I think you need some inks to really make this paint job work. ie. Black ink on the armour, light brown ink on the flesh and a dark green ink over the flourescent.
The base is good as in all your miniatures. The colour choice is nice and I also like the metals. The details on the trim would benefit from some shading/highlighting. Good work!
