Mira with slight conversion

This model was my entry into Jason Moses' Chick Challenge 3. I converted her slightly by adding another sword and repositioning her other arm with sword. I used a GW bitz for the base (Liche King throne base) instead of using the plastic 'stock' base. I used NMM gold and steel on this mini for a change of pace.

Good face, but I think she looks a bit bug-eyed (a common thing in many of the Rackham women.) The conversion is great -- when I saw the unpainted version on Jason's site, I decided not to enter Mira myself. I think my biggest complaint is that the NMM Gold doesn't seem very gold -- I think it needs a bit more yellow in the recesses. (In some ways, it looks a little too "butterscotch". Yum.... Butterscotch... excuse me while I get some ice cream...)
