Nice clean painting job. I love necrons that don't have the usual 'metallics only' paint scheme. But there I have three remarks:
1) The rod he's holding seems to bend a little, try straightining that before painting.
2) The recesses between his ribs appear to have the same metallic color as the rest of his chest. Try putting some black ink/thinned down black paint there to make them darker. Or you could basecoat the model black, and carefully paint the chest, leaving the recesses black.
3) Finish the base!
If these three points were met, I would have given this model a 7.
