Hey guys. This is the GW Sisters of Battle Canoness. She comes with a bunch of options for her weapons and I went for the book and inferno pistol combo. I love the face on this miniature - she's got crows' feet sculpted around her eyes so she actually looks older and more experienced than the other Sisters. Plenty of bling, too, because bling = rank in the 41st Millennium. I wanted an bit of an unusual look for her so I did her armour metallic red. The base is a resin display base from Groundforge.

apart from the flames, she's a stunning paint job! I like this mini a lot and have one myself; I'm just not too sure about the pose... looks like she's trying to emulate da Vinci's the "man from Vitruvio"!

Okay usually I don't really care if barels are drilled out, but the barel on the gun looks wrong. At least but a circle of black. Other then that, I love the face. The flames don't look bright enough, perhaps some yellow or orange at the bottom. The red is nice as well, I like the deep dark colour.
