Nicely done! I love the tied up victim, hilarious expression! I also like the patchwork trousers. The skin looks good, though there are a few places on the back where the shading seems a little dark (areas on the shoulder that are facing upwards). The design of the tattoos is excellent, but I think they would look a little more natural/part of his skin if you did a glaze of the skin tone over them.
