2987 Maugramak, Ghast Lord
Hmmm... Lets see. Painted this guy up for Pastor Prime's Best Painter in the World competition. Rushed a little to get him done on time. Learned alot on this guy. He was also a first for a couple things. First Reaper model... First time with a new layering/blending techniquem, And first time gore. The Ghast's skin was painted up normally and then given several thinned washes of blue ink. Once the ink was dry I reapplied the final highlight in thin layers. I wanted to do a fairly muted/earthy scheme for this guy and I think it worked well. Gore was done with Chestnut ink and Tamiya Clear Red. There are also some free hand scars painted on the Ghast, an x shaped on on the head, three down the chest (although not very big), and one more on his left leg. Hope You like him.
